Mr. Sagyndykov is recognized for building high-performing teams and streamlining business processes that deliver measurable results. Under his leadership, the banks he managed consistently achieved sustainable growth and strengthened their market positions.
He possesses deep expertise in digital transformation, lending, and the strategic development of financial institutions. He currently serves as Chairman of the Management Board of Bereket Bank CJSC.

In 2004, he graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
Professional Experience
Mr. Kurmanbayev began his professional career in 2005 at Ineximbank CJSC (later BTA Bank CJSC), where he rose from an intern to Branch Director and subsequently became Head of the Small and Medium Business Department. In 2007, he was certified under the EBRD Micro and Small Business Finance Program.
From 2012 to 2013, he served as Regional Manager of the Bishkek branch of Bai-Tushum & Partners Microfinance Bank CJSC.
Starting in 2013, he held several key roles at Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN OJSC, including Head of Lending, Director of the Credit Department, and Managing Director for Lending Operations.
In 2014, he completed specialized training in Islamic finance principles under the IRADA Program (Bank of Khartoum, Sudan), supported by the Islamic Development Bank, earning a certificate in “Economic Empowerment of the Poor, Emphasis on Islamic Microfinance.”
From 2021 to 2025, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN OJSC and Bai-Tushum Bank OJSC. During this time, he also held senior executive positions at MCC BIR TOP and MCC Zamat Finance, along with leading roles in various payment companies.

Professional experience:
Emil Dotaliev is a banking professional with over 17 years of experience in Kyrgyzstan's banking sector. His areas of expertise include treasury operations, liquidity management, foreign exchange, and interbank transactions.
He began his banking career in 2008 at Bank of Asia CJSC, where he advanced from a Treasury Department intern to a Trading Floor Dealer. He later joined Aiyl Bank OJSC, holding various positions, including Dealer, Senior Dealer, Chief Specialist of the Dealing Operations Division, and Senior Auditor within the Internal Audit Service.
In 2014, he joined Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN OJSC, where he progressed through a series of leadership roles, serving as Chief Treasury Specialist, Treasury Director, Director of the Treasury Department, and ultimately as a Member of the Management Board.
During his tenure, he led key initiatives aimed at enhancing treasury operations, optimizing internal business processes, and strengthening the Bank's position in the country's financial and interbank markets.
Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation as an effective leader with extensive expertise in financial markets, strategic liquidity management, and risk management.

Professional Experience
Mr. Uzakov has over 10 years of experience in the banking sector.
He began his career in 2014 at MBANK (Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN OJSC), where he progressed from Treasury Specialist to Head of the Foreign Exchange, Conversion, and Precious Metals Operations Department.
He has completed specialized professional training, including from the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, and the ProBank, and Filamentum training centers, focusing on securities, market operations, foreign exchange transactions, asset and liability management (ALM), and exchange trading.
His career also includes senior positions at Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC and Aiyl Bank OJSC, where he served as Chief Specialist in the Treasury Department.
Since December 2025, Mr. Uzakov has been serving as a Member of the Management Board and Head of Treasury at Bereket Bank CJSC.

Ms. Samanchieva is a senior banking executive with over a decade of experience in the banking sector, specializing in the digital transformation of financial institutions.
She has extensive experience implementing strategic projects aimed at developing digital banking services, introducing innovative financial technologies, and enhancing remote customer service channels.
From 2017 to 2022, she served as Head of Digital Banking at Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN (MBANK). Under her leadership, the MBANK mobile application was launched and developed into one of the leading digital banking platforms in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Between 2024 and 2025, she served as Business Development Director at Bai-Tushum Bank OJSC, where she led projects focused on modernizing the bank’s IT infrastructure and developing new banking products and services.
She currently serves as a Member of the Management Board and Head of the Project Office at Bereket Bank CJSC, overseeing the bank’s strategic projects and IT development initiatives.
